20 Gallon Recipe
Grains:  34 lb two row pale malt

.75 lb Flaked barley

1.5 lb Rye malt
1.5 lb chocolate malt

1 lb Black Patten

1.5 lb 40 L crystal malt

2 lb Peat smoked malt


Water for Doughin:
12 Gal
Hopping: 8 oz Cascade ( 4 oz 60 min boil, 2 oz 30 min boil, 2 oz 15 min boil)

5 oz Hallertau Finish 4.1 % A/A  (1 oz is pellets 4.0 % A/A)

1 oz Northern Brewer  (7.0% A/A)
Extras: 3 tsp gypsum in mash H2O

3 tsp irish moss (30 mins boil)

2 cups rice hulls

Yeast:
British Ale Yeast  (White Labs WLP005)

Starter Solution:

forgone, pitch 2 vials directly
