4 cups rice hulls
Hopping: 4 oz hallertau (60 mins boil)

1 oz cascade
extras:

3 tsp irish moss (30 mins boil)

done racking, begin cleaning, hold off on yeast pitching for a while to check for separation

reasonable cold trub separation, drop off 1 pint from bottom and pitch 350 ml yeast solution



Finish notes: OG: 1.040  Tasting notes: moderate wheat mouth feel.  healthy hoppy character.  would like to try using a longer mash time to get more wheat character extraction.
