Grains: 10.75 lbs.  American 2-row    =used  11 lb

10.75 lbs.  German 2-row Pils  =used 11 lb


0.65 lbs.  Crystal Malt 20°L  =used .75 lb 15°L Crystal

0.55 lbs.  British Dark Crystal =used .5 lb Special B
Water for Doughin: 8 Gal
Hopping: 3.5 oz.  East Kent Goldings (Whole, 5.6 %AA) boiled 90 minutes.

1 oz.  East Kent Goldings (Whole, 5.6 %AA) boiled 10 minutes.

.5 oz.  East Kent Goldings (Whole, 5.6 %AA) boiled 0 minutes.
extras: 5 tsp gypsum in mash H2O

2 cups rice hulls

Yeast:
Yeast : WYeast 1968 London ESB Ale

Starter Solution:
1 1/3 cup H2O and 2/3 cup of DME, start boil for 5 min, cool to 28 deg C, pitch 1 slant yeast incubate at 28 deg C
