2oz  Chinnok 15.6% AA 60 mins  boil (whole hops)

1.5oz Chinnok 11.6% AA 60 mins boil (pellet hops)

2 oz Zeus 14%AA 60 mins boil (whole hops)

2oz Super Galena 12.3% 60 mins boil (pellet hops)

6oz Citra 13.7%AA =30 mins boil (whole hops)

2oz Centennial 10.1% AA =30 mins boil  (whole hops)

4oz Cascade =dry hop (whole hops)
extras: 3 tsp gypsum in mash H2O

3 tsp irish moss (30 mins boil)

2 cups rice hulls

Yeast:
3 packs Wyeast 1056 American Ale
