Grains: 35 lb two row pale malt

5 lb flaked rye


3 lb 80L crystal


0.5 lb chocolate malt




Water for Dough-in:
12 Gal
Hopping: 4 oz Chinook 15.6% (boil)

4 oz Cascade 8.2% (finish) in place of 2 oz

2 oz Chinook 15.6% (finish) in place of 4oz

2 oz Cascade 8.2% (dry hop)

4 oz Simcoe 14.1% (dry hop)




extras: 4 tsp gypsum in mash H2O

3 tsp irish moss (30 mins boil)

3 cups rice hulls

Yeast:
4 vials American Ale WYeast 1056

Starter Solution:

Finish notes:  WOOOW!!  That is some hoppy brew.  You wimps, the 7 deadly hops was like sifting it through your teeth.  Dry, Heeeh (to quote Tims cat phe!)  it is making us all exited.

Tasters Notes: Kegs built up pressure, presumed finishing fermentation. No off flavors. Taste very close to target cloned recipie :)
