0.5 oz Hallertau (pellet) 4.5% alpha acid, for last 10 min
extras: 3 tsp gypsum in mash H2O

3 tsp irish moss (30 mins boil)

2 cups rice hulls

Yeast:
 Dry English Ale blend WLP007, 3 vials, substitute for American Ale

Finish notes: Malty, slight hint of honey, strong honey in the finish.  coats the tong a little bit, a biitering on the back of the palate.  "it is very nice"  People who do not like dark beers will like this beer.
